[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Business Development • Strategic and operational lead of all business development activities for the Korean market. • Develop and implement business plans to meet product line goals. • Stay on top of industry and customer trends to develop new business opportunities. • Pro-active customer relationship management to ensure strong customer relationship and long-term business success. Field Application Engineering and Consulting incl. Customer Projects • Ensure customer satisfaction is met or exceeded. • Work closely with customers, your team, and our headquarters. • Oversee all FAE and FAC work and customer specific projects. Product Line Management • Strategically develop and implement local product line goals and objectives in alignment with global objectives. • Lead, develop and coach a team of business developers, field application engineers and consultants with tasks including staffing, training, performance reviews and coaching. • Manage resources and reassess priorities as needed to meet objectives. General • Close and regular reporting and coordination with the Global Product Line Management and the President of the subsidiary. • Willingness to travel, including to Germany, and active communication with and contribution to the global product line team. • Coordination with relevant stakeholders from sales, support and marketing as needed.
