Marketing Assistant

[´ã´ç¾÷¹«]

- Actively collaborate with the editorial department to coordinate market activities for different journals in South Korea, such as promoting journals through participation in academic conferences and scholar visits, establishing a good synergistic effect within the discipline.
- Assist the market project leaders(Marketing Specialist and Marketing Manager) and in promoting and implementing new projects.
- Assist in the data collection and marketing analysis of market activities in South Korea and provide relevant feedback.
- Negotiate with scholars to obtain optimized resources.
- Support scholar training and collaboration negotiations with leading universities and institutions in South Korea.
- Represent the company at some academic conferences held in South Korea and be responsible for setting up the on-site booth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key scholars and academic media in the South Korean region.
- Handle inquiries related to all services of MDPI Korea.
- Execute ad-hoc marketing tasks assigned by the manager and other tasks assigned by the Representative Director, Korea.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in 

Marketing and related business fields.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Korean.

- Must be a Korean citizen and fluent 

in Korean (native level).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Team spirit and ability to work in a

dynamic international environment

- Good problem-solving abilities, actively identifying current and potential issues and determining the best solutions.

- Organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Candidates with professional experience in exhibitions is preferred.
