[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Retail Strategy, Business Analysis & Reporting - Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales and business growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Build and develop a high-performing retail team across all boutiques by conducting monthly performance reviews and monitoring individual productivity. - Lead stores with a clear retail strategy to meet sales targets while ensuring alignment with marketing, logistics, and other departments. - Support sales forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy in targets and financial planning. - Update and track monthly sales targets and KPIs for stores, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
O Store Operations - Oversee daily store operations, manage events, and coordinate marketing activities to enhance store performance. - Ensure all administrative procedures and timelines are followed in line with global policies and HQ guidelines. - Manage activities related to new store openings or relocations, ensuring smooth coordination among all involved parties. - Support store design and layout by coordinating with architects, conducting on-site inspections, and ensuring proper IT equipment supply. - Implement and evaluate mystery shopper programs to assess service quality and customer satisfaction. - Handle customer service issues and complaints promptly, collaborating with store teams to resolve matters effectively. O Team Management - Continuously enhance retail staffing strategies and incentive schemes to drive optimal performance among sales staff. - Communicate with Store Managers and Sales Associates to set competitive KPIs, improve proficiency, and address challenges. - Support the Retail Director in HR activities, including hiring, staff assessments, and terminations. - Develop and motivate the retail team to enhance productivity and foster a positive work environment. - Promptly and effectively resolve customer issues, collaborating with boutiques when necessary. O After sales Service Management - Control After Sales Service workflow so that customer¡¯s commitments are met and up to date job status is accurately documented - Coordinate & communicate with technical service provider and boutiques - Work in accordance with company practices and procedures and generally accepted business and technical standards - Managing parts as required for both repair shop and field service - Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required
