- Follow up sales on a daily / weekly / monthly basis 

  and propose action plans if necessary. 
- Analyze sales and sell-through of all categories 
- Review delivery plan with logistic team and manage 

  stock status for merchandise in charge. 
- Stock allocation and replenishment based on sales 
- Provide seasonal training document & product line 

  list to store sales staffs 
- Support seasonal buying: prepare OTB, class mix, 

  SKU plan, and so on to apply market needs. 
- Manage pricing structure by setting retail prices and 

  mark-down price 
- Work closely with Retail team, PR team, VM and 

  Store sales team 

- Communicate effectively with HQ team 
- Operate spare parts & after sales service

- Bachelor’s Degree holder 
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant merchandising 

  experience 
- Excellent understanding of the buying, Merchandising 

  process 
- Strong team player 
- Positive mindset and attitude 
- Strong skill in EXCEL 
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
