Job title: E-Commerce D2C Key Account Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for development / implementation / optimization of e-commerce sales strategy for Philips via Direct-to-Consumer channels.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Establish clear short- and long-term e-commerce strategy and management of the e-commerce channels, together with external and internal stakeholders
- Optimize the daily sales(D2C) and realize the budgets, planning and targets
- Responsible for achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin and accountable for managing the sales orders.
- Drive selling-out, ensure profitability and growth of the e-commerce channel by continuously optimizing the e-fundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing.
- Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.
- Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchases rate and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy.
- Oversees the proper procedures for handling and sale of ecommerce merchandise.
- Implement online sales channels to ensure policies, procedures and standards are met. Inspects product to ensure the quality is line with pricing practice.
- Review and propose new methods/procedures.
- Responsible for Brand value, sales forecasting and managing key company resources in your sales channel.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor¡¯s degree with 3 ~ 6 years of related experience in online sales (B2B and B2C).
- E-Commerce account management experience in marketplace platform like Gmarket, 11st, Naver is preferable.
- Strong commercial sense to identify opportunities and grow the business and a data-driven aptitude in decision making.
- Proven track record of sales growth achieving given targets.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Good written and verbal English skill.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company¡¯s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company¡¯s main facilities, generally at the customers¡¯ or suppliers¡¯ locations.
