- Process customer-owned products in the company ERP system.
- Perform calibration, repairs, and troubleshooting per service guidelines.
- Communicate findings and updates to customers, and supervisors.
- Participate in weekly team meetings on service fulfillment and process improvements.
- Identify and implement process and product improvements.
- Engage in training and research for troubleshooting and customer support
