Service Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of operations performance for respective region including but not limited to supply, logistics, quality, I&W, cost metrics/kpis tracking, delivery to plan and continuous improvement
- Ownership and management of service quality to meet operating plan commitments and drive continuous improvement strategy and execution (contract execution, NCs etc....)
- Ownership and management of cost of goods sold to meet operating plan commitments and drive continuous improvement strategy and execution within the region
- Oversees and matrix influences all functions and partners to deliver to operations and supply chain KPIs supporting operating plan
- Communicates operations & supply chain progress /execution for their region to senior executives and stakeholders
- Supports product configuration and SSCM ongoing maintenance and optimization partnering with service product marketing
- Supports service product development field readiness execution
- Collaborates cross-functionally and supports service productivity efforts to support regional operations
- Proliferates BKMs and Lessons Learned within respective region, globally and across service business units
- Partners with Engineering to drive timely technical and quality solutions to customer top issues
- Communication owner between customer, field service operations and global team
- Supports improvement of systems and processes to improve operational efficiencies

Qualifications
- Experience with semiconductor equipment in a production environment
- Understanding of ALD/PVD/CVD technology and/or ALD/PVD/CVD tool maintenance
- BS degree or higher
- Engineering background preferred or equivalent experience
