Job Description • Manage contracts (real estate, service, equipment rentals, outsourcing) ensuring compliance and timely renewal. • Maintain contract records, process payments, and collaborate with legal and finance teams. • Oversee office facilities, workspace allocation, and vendor coordination for maintenance and improvements. • Ensure workplace safety, manage security systems, and conduct safety audits and drills. • Track and manage company assets, ensuring proper procurement, allocation, and disposal. • Handle purchasing, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking to optimize costs. • Support daily office operations, compliance, and internal communication. • Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and VIP protocols. • Provide administrative support, manage employee welfare programs, and oversee onboarding/offboarding.
Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office management, human resources, and executive support. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive approach. • Preferred experience in procurement and inventory management. • Strong ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities. • Basic proficiency in accounting principles.
