[직무내용 ]


- By sustaining a pipeline of talent and engaging - workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and talent development
- Ensure appropriate implementation of total reward initiatives meeting business needs in order to provide the framework needed to attract, retain and motivate employees
- Coach and advise people managers on their leadership and managerial effectiveness and promote desirable behaviors in the workplace
- Support negotiation meetings with the Union to represent commercial perspectives while maintaining effective employee relations and constructive two


[ 자격조건 ]

- Minimum 10 years of HR related experiences
- BA in Business, Human Resources or related fields
- Skills in strong collaboration & interaction, communication, coaching/mentoring
- Fluent communication skill in Korean and English
