Organization Development Planning - Develop and implement OD strategies to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. - Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, training, and employee engagement strategies. - Develop and manage employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

- 8+ years of working experience in HR, experience of various fields of HR is a plus - BS degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred - Basic knowledge of labor laws - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication & interpersonal skills - Excellent PC literacy (MS Office, in particular) - Self-motivation, enthusiasm & performance driven - Solid written & verbal communication skills both in Korean & English
