1. Headcount Planning & Strategy Development
- Develop and implement HR planning strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyze workforce trends, employee demographics, and future talent needs.
- Design succession planning frameworks and talent pipelines to support business continuity.

2. HR Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize HR analytics to assess workforce productivity, turnover, and employee engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on workforce trends, headcount planning, and HR metrics.
- Recommend HR policies and initiatives based on data-driven insights.

3. Headcount budgeting & Resource Allocation
- Plan and manage the HR budget for workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Ensure efficient allocation of human resources to optimize cost and productivity.
- Collaborate with finance and department heads to align budget planning with staffing needs.

4. Talent Acquisition & Retention Strategies
- Work with recruitment teams to develop hiring plans based on workforce projections.
- Identify critical roles and create proactive hiring strategies to fill potential gaps.
- Develop employee retention programs to reduce turnover and improve engagement.

5. Organization Development Planning
- Develop and implement OD strategies to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, training, and employee engagement strategies.
- Develop and manage employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

6. Others
- Various HR related works.

- 8+ years of working experience in HR, experience of various fields of HR is a plus

- BS degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred 

- Basic knowledge of labor laws    

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication & interpersonal skills

- Excellent PC literacy (MS Office, in particular) 

- Self-motivation, enthusiasm & performance driven

- Solid written & verbal communication skills both in Korean & English
