Description

- Play administrative role for marketing division

- Regular schedule management for Marketing division

- Purchase order follow-ups according to internal administrative system

- Product packing & shipping for VIPs/employees

- Support in designing & operating employee workshop, other competency enhancement programs

- Integrate marketing initiative operations in collaboration with cross-functional divisions

- Support in coordinating & operating major sales/marketing/customer-facing events & activities (Internal/External Meeting, Brand Expo, Recognitions, etc)

- Support global/affiliate ad-hoc visit (Prepare agenda, operations, presentation materials, etc.)

- Coordinate monthly Marketing Launch & Promotion Collaboration Meetings

- Support drafting presentation materials for marketing division aligned with enterprise strategy when needed

 

Requirements :

- Bachelor degree or above

- Proficient in MS office (PPT, Excel, Word)

- Strong human relations and interpersonal communications skills with internal and external customers

- Strong physical ability to perform various manual duties

- Multi-tasking capabilities

- Work experience in consumer research industry is preferred

- Fluent English in both writing and speaking is preferred
