This role is open to all colleagues across Asian countries. The purpose of this role is to support the achievement of the company's strategic goals by fostering the development of all colleagues in sales functions (FU Sales, BU Air/Sea/Road). It aims to enhance the effectiveness of their daily activities, with a focus on improving sales skills and increasing knowledge of our systems, procedures, products, and solutions.

Your Role

This role is crucial in achieving the vision of the Global Sales Training team: to provide colleagues in sales functions (FU Sales, BU Air/Sea/Road) with the strategies, tools, and growth-oriented mindset that will enable them to become industry leaders, consistently exceeding their goals and setting new benchmarks of excellence in sales.
