The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance related to production and engineering operations at Air Liquide Advanced Materials (ALAM). Included is troubleshooting and repair of equipment associated with all gas manifolds, static and rotating equipment, PLCs, and facility maintenance. This position may be required to be on call duties, subjected to plant’s needs and requirements.담당 업무

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily
Understand and follow safety policies and procedures
Execute assigned planned maintenance adtivities for chemical processing equipment (tanks, piping, valves, chillers, etc), rotating equipment (compressors, vacuum pumps), and facilities, utilities, and grounds
Document work completion in the computerized maintenance management system(CMMS)
Successfully complete all assigned training
Actively participate on ALAM's emergency response(ER) team including as an ER entry team member, which requires wearing a tight fitting full-face respirator
자격 요건
학력: 고등학교 졸업자 이상
최소 3년 이상 제조업에서 기계 정비 경력 보유자
화학/가스/특수가스 산업에서의 기계 정비 경력 보유자 우대
Requirements
High school diploma (mechanical) or above
3+ years industrial maintenance experience, preferably in batch chemical, heavy or high speed manufacturing industries
Preferred Qualification
License related to mechanical & gas plant work
Experience with hands-on machine overhaul and maintenance
