1. IT Planning (Strategy & Planning / Project)

 -Assist of  IT middle & long term and IT strategy plan

 -Assist of assess  company¡¯s IT needs and recommends IT solution and enhancement

 -Assist IT Roadmap & Action plan participation

 -Assist IT Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Action Plan Participation


2. IT Operational Management (Implementation & Operation)

-Responsible for  IT Service help desk process & escalation process

-Execute & Monitor of daily IT/IS operational actions in system, backup & failure logging

-Execution of implementation & deployment 

-Execution of recording and incident correction

-Execution of IT operation incidents and recording


3. Business Engagement (Communication & guidance for Other departments)

-Communicate with stakeholders on new IT tools and service implementations

-Meet the needs for new IT tools and provide information

-Check for security of newly adopted applications and projects


4. IT Security Management (Security and Audit)

-Assist  IT regulation

-IT security strategy and review of objectives

-Assist and monitor audit trail

-Assist local legal regulations on IT operation

-Responsible for response to the dashboard notification and resolution

-Response to the group's request of security tasks

-Regular security scan of business applications and resolution

- Major: IT-related major

- Experience: More than 5 years of experience

- Intermediate fluency in English required, at minimum.
