• Update repair case lists and take corrective actions for any delays and backlogs.
• Communicate with external repair workshop and regularly provide feedback on quality issues of products to regional office.
• Visit to stores to check on condition of tools, documents, policies.
• Communicate with stores regarding after sales
• Deal with customer regarding after sales and complaints
Diploma:
+4 years university graduate
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in luxury retail industry
