1. CEO Secretary
- Manage CEO schedules/expenses and welcome visitors from local or abroad
- Arrange various meetings (including call conferences)
- Support company committees¡¯ activities and related documents/surveys
- Any other ad-hoc work assigned by the CEO
2. Office admin
- Manage overall office environment including office facilities with the building management office
- Purchase office supplies/goods
- Handle invoices/expenses and corporate cards
- Manage various administrative supports for employees
- Support various administrative works including employee engagement or HR-related activities
- Manage various employee communications
- Any other ad-hoc work assigned by HR Director
[ÀÚ°Ý ¿ä°Ç]
- Both Korean and English proficiency required (English skill should be fluent)
- Skillful at MS Office
- Positive attitude, good sense of time-managing, organizing, and multi-tasking skills
- Adapt well and respond positively to changing circumstances
- About 1~3 years of relevant experience preferred (»ç¿ø-ÁÖÀÓ±Þ)
