In this role you will:
- Translate and co-create commercial priorities into actions for Customer Fulfilment in the market in order to provide seamless shopping experience with great quality for the many people
- Accountable for seamlessly enabling high performing daily operations and an efficient distribution network in the market by securing an end to end planning and fulfilment process from commercial input, flow and capacity management, ordering and forecasting to customer order management
- Accountable for securing optimal range location in the fulfilment units in the market while securing agreed goals on availability and keeping lead time promise to lowest cost and to exceed customer expectations
- Accountable to lead, coach and develop the market Fulfilment Availability and Support matrix to secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people are continuously developed
Who you are
We're looking for an experienced IKEA leader who excels in building strong relationships across the organization, with a collaborative mindset and effective communication skills. You are skilled at identifying needs, driving change, and working within a multi-cultural, matrix environment, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.

With a passion for leading through people, you prioritize the customer and make decisions that have a positive impact on them. You approach challenges with tactical and operational thinking, and your commitment to IKEA's vision, values, and culture is at the core of how you lead.

You have knowledge in following areas:
• IKEA business model, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working
• Good business understanding and knowledge of IKEA processes, supply chain, and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
• You bring 4-6 years working experience in a leadership position, preferable in retail, distribution or similar and preferably have experience of working as a management team member.
• You have proven successful leadership in delivering both business result and people development in matrix organizations with very good knowledge of different leadership styles and leading in the unknown
• You also bring experience from leading successful projects or processes on country/market/national level securing the implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies.
