O Media & PR
- Develop and implement a tailored media and PR strategy for the Korean market, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives and luxury standards.
- Manage local media budgets, setting up media plans, and collaborating with media agencies to ensure the effectiveness of offline and online media campaigns.
- Coordinate with media outlets to create high-quality content, including advertorials and pictorials, while ensuring timely distribution of press materials like press kits and releases.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key national press, influencers, and media partners to enhance the brand¡¯s visibility and reputation in the market.

O Event
- Adapt global event guidelines to create localized event concepts that align with the brand¡¯s objectives and resonate with the local market.
- Lead coordination with external vendors, agencies, and third parties to ensure seamless execution of events, ensuring they reflect HUBLOT's luxury brand values.
- Measure and track the ROI of each event, providing detailed performance reports to HQ and suggesting improvements for future events.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure all event activities comply with company policies and budget guidelines, monitoring expenses to optimize the event¡¯s impact.

O Social media
- Work with the HQ communication team to adapt global content for the Korean market, ensuring relevance and cultural alignment.
- Oversee social media platforms and manage local social media agencies, ensuring the development of effective campaigns that resonate with the Korean audience.
- Manage and optimize social media budgets, including paid advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and engagement.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis of social media activities and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain competitiveness.
