- Organize,guide, and oversee the work of the Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Designteams.
- Leaddepartment meetings to ensure continuity of activities and communicate companystrategy, vision, and updates.
- Manageresource needs and participate in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Developemployee competencies, conduct annual performance reviews, and set objectivesaccording to company policies.
- Participatein salary review processes and contribute to talent retention initiatives.
- Ensurestrict compliance with company policies, particularly in hygiene, health, andsafety regulations. - Implement and oversee company strategy within the R&Ddepartment.
- Collaboratewith General Management on major short-, medium-, and long-term developmentobjectives.
-. Representand promote Bobst Korea’s R&D vision within the Bobst Group and the broadermarket, including institutions, technical bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Organizeand lead the department in alignment with the group’s vision and strategicdirection.
- Definedepartment policy and translate it into concrete actions and measurableoutcomes.
- Establishbudgetary needs, define objectives, and monitor results.
- Communicatecompany-wide matters, including projects, results, and strategic initiatives,ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Supportchange management initiatives and drive innovation within the team.
◈ 자격요건
- Bachelor’sdegree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- 15+ years ofexperience in R&D, product development, or innovation management within theindustrial machinery, automation, or printing equipment industry.
- Provenleadership experience, managing both Electrical Engineering and MechanicalDesign teams.
- Expertise inelectrical and mechanical system integration, ensuring seamless collaborationbetween teams.
- Strongknowledge of safety regulations (CE, UL) and safety architectures forindustrial automation.
- Experience inmotion control systems, including LS Drives, BOSCH, or similar platforms.
-. Experiencein outsourcing and supplier management, including defining technicalspecifications and project follow-ups.
