as we accelerate the global growth of bibigo – our flagship brand redefining Korean food for the world.
As a key member of the bibigo Global Brand Strategy Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future
of the brand on the world stage. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a long-range
planning and AOP process for the bibigo brand in a highly networked way. This is more than a planning role,
it¡¯s a chance to steer a globally recognized brand across dynamic markets, influence portfolio decisions,
and ensure our strategies are both locally relevant and globally consistent.
[What you do]
-Lead the creation and ongoing refinement of a 3-year global strategic growth plan for the bibigo brand,
including defining key growth strategies, priorities, initiatives, and timelines.
-Collaborate in a highly networked environment, partnering closely with country marketing teams,
the Global Marketing team (including CI&T, Growth Markets, Marketing Planning, and IMX),
as well as with key value chain stakeholders, to ensure alignment and buy-in across all markets.
-Lead the annual global business review and drive a dynamic refresh of the Long-Range Plan (LRP)
through close collaboration with the main stakeholders.
-Translate the LRP into a globally aligned Annual Operating Plan (AOP), partnering with key functions
including Consumer Insights & Trends, Growth Markets, Marketing Planning, IMX,
while ensuring seamless integration with local market priorities.
-Lead the execution of the brand¡¯s annual Kitchen Week event, from strategic planning to event execution,
reinforcing brand equity and engagement across regions.
-Partner, engage and collaborate effectively with country marketing teams at every step of the strategy and
planning process to effectively understand and serve individual market needs.
-Lead impactful brand performance reporting, delivering clear insights
and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

| Experience
-12–15 years of experience in branded food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries,
with a strong track record of delivering results.
-Proven success in brand and marketing management roles, particularly those involving brand strategy,
strategic leadership, and integrated marketing communications across multiple markets.
| Qualification
-Excellent verbal and written Korean / English communication skills.

| Preferred Experiences
-Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management is preferred.
-Global or regional experience in matrixed organizations is a plus.
