[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] °æ·Â: °æ·Â 15³â¡è - Education: Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master¡¯s
degree is preferred. - 15 years of working
experience in HR including 5 years working experience in HR management level,
preferably within the automotive parts manufacturing industry. - Proven track record of
successful talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
initiatives. - Experience with HR
information systems (HRIS) and familiarity with HR analytics tools. - Strong leadership and team
management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. - Excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex
information to various stakeholders. - Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Strong organizational and
project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage
multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of labor laws and
regulations in South Korea, and the ability to ensure compliance in all HR
practices. - Analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and
develop innovative solutions. - Cultural sensitivity and
adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural
environment.
- Language: Fluent in Korean
and English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with local
