In short, we’re a team that maximizes AI tech to *create AI models* with extreme efficiency. 🗨️ About the Position As the Senior Research Engineer in AutoML Team, you will drive the development of an automated AI product development framework that spans data ingestion, model training, hyperparameter optimization and inference You will guide both the engineering and research directions for a cloud-based AutoML platform that allows efficient deep learning research You will pioneer the use of AI agents to fully automate research workflows—integrating cutting-edge algorithms and internal tools to transform how new models and features are developed This role requires close collaboration with both research and engineering teams to deliver robust and high-performance AI solutions that make a real-world impact 🚩 Roles & Responsibilities Lead the development of an automated AI product development framework, covering data ingestion, training, packaging and inference Bridge research and engineering by integrating state-of-the-art deep learning techniques into production systems. Enhance the cloud-based AutoML platform to support efficient deep learning research and scalable model development Implement AI agents to automate research workflows using internal tools and services Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing research-engineering culture 🚩 Tools Used Development Related: Django, Django REST Framework, React, Next.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Nginx ML Framework: PyTorch, Optuna Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Git, Docker General: Slack, Confluence, Jira Requirements 🎯 Qualifications 5+ years of experience in deep learning research and software engineering Master’s or Ph.D. degree with an ML-related topic Strong background in deep learning with experience in computer vision, natural language processing or AutoML Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and scalable AI infrastructure Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate across research and engineering teams Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects from concept to deployment 🏅 Preferred Experiences Publications in top-tier CV/ML conferences, awards in CV/ML competitions, or active participation in the research community Familiarity with web development including both backend and frontend Hands-on experience in platform development, operations, or DevOps Knowledge of cloud computing services (GCP, AWS, or Azure) 📝How to Apply CV (resume, free format) 🏃‍♀️ Hiring Process Document Screening → Technical Interview(Teams) → Assignment → PT Interview → Culture-fit Interview → Onboarding We provide compensations upon assignment submission.
