Position Summary

This position is responsible for performing casino credit and collection activities, ensuring that all duties and responsibilities are performed according to departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to :

• Ensuring the completion of all credit applications and relevant documents required for review and assessment.

• Assist in performing and preparation of credit assessments

• Review applicant’s credit worthiness and provide recommendations to the credit authorizers for approval.

• Maintain casino credit records as they relate to changes to the credit line.

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures with respect to establishment of casino credit privileges.

• Evaluates credit history of credit applicants, process casino credit applications and maintains customers files

• Inputs approval or rejection information into the patron’s credit file and update account status as required.

• Services guests and employees and handles customer related issues with composure and professionalism.

• Protect all assets of the Company.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Education and Qualifications

• High School Degree, College Degree or equivalent in related field.

• Alternatively, minimum 1 years of experience in Casino Credit and Collection in a large Casino environment.

• Must have previous experience dealing with relevant and related system and application in casino credit and collection areas

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

• Good understanding of all aspects and facets of Casino Credit and Collection operations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Office work environment

• Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, low lighting and loud music and noises, when out on the gaming floor

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

• Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
