* Description - Provide practical legal advice and support for internal clients on all types of legal and business issues related to the Door-to-Door Sales Act, product regulatory issues, etc. - Review contracts and other legal/corporate x-documents. - Assist in resolving disputes by settlement or litigation. - Work closely with external counsel as necessary. - Respond to government inquiries and investigations, and other contingencies. - Communicate and work together with Global Legal closely and regularly. - Support the periodic updating of policies, procedures, to ensure they appropriately reflect legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements. -Report directly to Legal Manager * Requirement - Korean licensed lawyer - 2-4 years of practice experience at a law firm or as an in-house counsel - English communication skill (speaking/writing) is required - Proactive approach focused on business solution - High interpersonal and communication skill - Attitude to treat people with respect - Strong work ethic
