PURPOSE
This job contributes to company success through managing and monitoring of all activities involved in
providing operation support to stores of Luxury Fashion Domestic, according to the guidelines, policies,
process, activities, and indications of the Brand HQ

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Retail Strategy, Business Analysis & Reporting
- Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales and business growth, ensuring alignment with brand and company objectives.
- Build and develop a high-performing retail team by conducting monthly performance reviews and monitoring individual productivity.
- Lead stores with a clear retail strategy to meet sales targets while ensuring alignment with marketing, logistics, and other departments.
- Support sales forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy in targets and financial planning.
- Update and track daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs for stores, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Provide update of competitor brands activities and sales figures, provide insights of customer trends based on good knowledge and understanding of the jewelry / fashion market.

2. Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations, manage events, and coordinate marketing activities to enhance store performance.
- Ensure all administrative procedures and timelines are followed in line with the brand HQ policies and guidelines.
- Manage activities related to new store openings or relocations, ensuring smooth coordination among all involved parties.
- Implement and evaluate mystery shopper programs to assess service quality and customer experience.
- Handle customer service issues and complaints promptly, collaborating with store teams to resolve matters effectively.
- Oversee Visual Merchandising by following brand guideline and create appealing shopping environment.
- Oversee Merchandising by closely managing inventory level, define sales opportunity and good understanding of sales trend and products.

3. Team Management & Development
- Continuously enhance retail staffing strategies and incentive schemes to drive optimal performance among sales staff.
- Communicate with Store Managers and Sales Associates to set competitive KPIs, improve proficiency, and address challenges.
- Support the brand manager in HR activities, including hiring, staff assessments, talent management and terminations.
- Develop and motivate the retail team to enhance productivity and foster a positive work environment.
- Provide coaching, training & feedback for career development of sales staff.

4. Clienteling & Customer experience and CRM
- Enhance memorable customer shopping experience and ensure high quality of service standard.
- Foster a client-centric culture.
- Drive the development of high-profile customer networks.
- Maximize CRM data capture rate.
- Promote customer loyalty.

5. After Sales Service Management
- Control After Sales Service workflow so that customer¡¯s commitments are met and up to date job status is accurately documented.
- Coordinate & communicate with the Brand HQ and technical service provider.
- Work in accordance with company practices and procedures and generally accepted business and technical standards.
- Managing parts as required for both repair shop and field service.
- Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.
- Promptly and effectively resolve customer issues, collaborating with stores when necessary.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Bachelor's Degree

- 7~13 years of experience in relevant fields

- Proven experience as Retail Manager of luxury global company & industry

- Broad knowledge of the jewelry/fashion luxury market

- Clienteling development and management expertise

- Knowledge of current retail trends and strong network within the jewelry/fashion luxury Market

- MS Office & Presentation skill

- Fluent in English for speaking and writing

- Strong negotiation skill

- Strong analytical & communication skills

- Excellent leadership skill
