The Head of Marketing & PR is responsible for overseeing and executing overall marketing and public relations strategies in alignment with the latest automotive and digital trends.
This role focuses on optimizing digital marketing, managing CRM activities, fostering relationships with the Partner , and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and corporate standards.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of driving brand growth, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
This role will be responsible for performing tasks such as Annual Marketing & PR Strategy/Targets/Budget/Action Plan and Annual Vendor selection.
This position will be a key member in the quarterly MKT/PR review meetings together with the senior management.

1. Annual Marketing and PR planning and budget management.
2. Establish and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and strategic partners . Lead to annual Marketing and PR Vendor selection.
3. Marketing and PR related Crisis Management
4. Develop and implement comprehensive Marketing and PR strategies in alignment with the latest industry trends and digital transformation initiatives.
5. Oversee and manage the Marketing budget, VM and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize return on investment (ROI).
6. Plan and execute group-level marketing activity in line with official sales round to ensure clear and efficient execution of marketing initiatives and plans to the standards of brand.
7. To ensure clear implementation of transparent processes, adhering to compliance guidelines and company standards.
8. Ensure clear succession planning within the marketing department to build long-term organizational strength.

경력: 경력 20년↑
학력: 대졸
직무기술: digital marketing, Marketing, Head of Marketing

- 총 경력 20년 이상 _ 마케팅 관련 경력 최소 15년 이상
- Retail, Luxury, 수입차, Highend consumer industry 경력 자 (필수)
- 임원급이지만 실무를 직접 Hands on 하며 조직을 리딩할 수 있는 분 (필수)
- Digital Marketing및 CRM Marketing 에 대한 깊은 insight가 있는 분 (필수) 
- 전략적이고 Logical 한 사고와 업무 방식
- 영어 능통해야 하며 타부서 임원들 및 파트너사들과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 
- 높은 열정, 대인관계 원만, 리더십을 함께 갖춘 분
