This position requires a combination of sales acumen and a deep understanding of the application of our products/services to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting prospective clients and building strong relationships. - Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. - Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, including pricing and product demonstrations. - Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and manage customer accounts throughout the sales cycle. - Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, to ensure successful sales execution. 2. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor¡¯s degree in Business or Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Experience: Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in Sales and/or application support, preferably in Clinical IVD market. - Skills: - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships. - Technical knowledge of PCR or microbiology and the ability to explain and apply them effectively to meet customer needs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Real-time PCR and Microbiology. - Knowledge of microbiology, biology, molecular biology. - Fluency in English and preferred Germany.
