Who you are
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.​
• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance or a related field.​
• Working knowledge of HACCP, ISO/FSSC standards, and food safety regulations​
• Food safety certification(s) preferred .​
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.​
• Proficient in MS Office Suite. (Excel, PowerPoint)​
• Experience in communication with MFDS or relevant government organizations are preferred.
Your responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and implementing common risk based compliance. plans for food safety and food safety framework, standards, Ways of working, tools and KPI¡¯s.​
• Conduct internal audits and lead preparation for third-party and regulatory audits.​
• Investigate customer complaints and food safety incidents; develop corrective and preventive actions.​
• Manage and evaluate suppliers for food safety and compliance standards.​
• Train and support co-workers to build strong food safety awareness.​
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to continuously improve food safety.
