Who you are
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance or a related field.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, ISO/FSSC standards, and food safety regulations
• Food safety certification(s) preferred .
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite. (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in communication with MFDS or relevant government organizations are preferred.
Your responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and implementing common risk based compliance. plans for food safety and food safety framework, standards, Ways of working, tools and KPI¡¯s.
• Conduct internal audits and lead preparation for third-party and regulatory audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and food safety incidents; develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and evaluate suppliers for food safety and compliance standards.
• Train and support co-workers to build strong food safety awareness.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to continuously improve food safety.
