Job Description

- Compliance Management & Risk Management

- Internal Control, 전사 내부통제제도 운영 및 기획 

- Business Risk & Control

- 국내/외 비즈니스 관련 계약서 검토 (영문/국문)

- 법률 이슈 검토 및 Coordination
- 개인 정보 보호 및 자금 세탁 방지 업무
- 전사 비즈니스별 내부통제제도 운영 프로세스 정립
- 부문별 임직원대상 컴플라이언스교육
- 내부 법규 및 규정 업데이트 관리 

Key Qualifications
- Lawyer's license 

- +6y of risk management and/or external or internal audit, compliance experience
- Financial Industries experience is a plus
- Fluent in English is essential
- Strategic, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to communicate and engage at all levels of management and field personnel
- Skills to Develop Solid Relationship with both Internal and External Stakeholders
- Advanced MS Office suite skills
