[Position] Campaign & Events Executive (1년 이상)

INSPIRE Entertainment Resort Marketing Operations 팀에서 카지노 마케팅과 캠페인 기획 및 관리 업무를 담당해주신 Campaign & Events Executive 포지션을 채용합니다.

최소 1년 이상 이벤트 혹은 캠페인 관련 경력자에 한해 지원 가능하며, 리조트 / 카지노 등 환대 산업에 대한 이해도와 경험이 있으신 분을 선호합니다. Global Communication 이 빈번하게 발생하는 포지션으로, 영어로 자신의 의견을 명확하게 전달하고 소통할 수 있는 분을 우대합니다.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Supervisor of Campaigns and Events, the Campaigns & Events Executive is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of all INSPIRE marketing campaigns and events for Casino businesses.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Collaborate with the Digital team to launch campaign communications and manage redemption processes using digital platforms.

• Work with the Brand team to develop effective communication strategies supporting each event or campaign.

• Coordinate with the Strategic Marketing team to ensure proper segmentation and targeting are applied for maximum impact.

• Collaborate with various external agencies and temporary staff as needed to support campaign rollouts.

Event Management

• Assist in the planning and execution of all Resort-related gaming events, excluding MICE and entertainment performances.

• Manage event budgets, hire permanent and temporary support staff, and engage external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

• Coordinate all event logistics and provide on-site supervision on event days.

• Ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed and aligned throughout the event process.

Calendar of Events

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual events calendar, ensuring timely planning and high-quality execution of all scheduled activities.

Minimum Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in event and/or campaign management.

• Experience in resort and/or casino marketing is a strong advantage but not required.

• Proficient in project management and effective cross-functional communication.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Desired Characteristics

• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills in both Korean and English.

• Ability to communicate in Japanese or Chinese is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.

• Committed to delivering 5-star guest service, with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle customer complaints effectively and with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Maintains a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

• Experience in the Gaming & Hospitality industry is advantageous.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Office and on-site operational environment.

• Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods.

• Must be able to work in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions.

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and passport.

• Willingness to travel locally and regionally, with occasional domestic travel within Korea.
