[Position] Cost Auditor(원가계산 및 분석, 2년 이내)

INPSIRE Entertainment Resort의 Finance 에서 Cost Auditor를 채용합니다. Cost Auditor는 F&B를 포함한 회사 전체의 원가계산 및 원가분석을 담당하게 됩니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Summary:
Performs guest safety and recreational work supervising, swimming and enforcing regulations at a the Splash Bay and Hotel Pool as well as providing for the guests comfort. An essential responsibility of this role includes ensuring cleanliness, setting -up and safety of all areas and facilities and attend to all guests needs within the Splash Bay and Hotel Pool area as per the safety guidelines of the resort operation management.

Position Summary: (English)

The position provides administrative and analytical support for Audit and Control functions. At times, the analyst will be required to respond to and resolve basic employee inquiries.

The position is responsible for maximizing the value of the goods and services received by the F&B while controlling operating costs. The cost auditor validates all purchases made by the Procurement department, monitors requisitions made within the hotel, and manages inventory.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

include but not limited to:

• Prepares and distributes monthly Cost Report and F&B reports (e.g. meal period analysis)
• Prepares and reviews with Procurement Manager on slow-moving items.
• Prepares and updates daily inter-kitchen food and bar transfers.
• Prepares daily food and beverage actual/potential cost report.
• Prepares month-end cost audit report, which includes reconciliation of all stockrooms.
• Prepares shrinkage reports for review by respective Controller and Director of F&B
• Provides a summary of the costs required by the Accounting and Control division for them to prepare daily and monthly reports.
• Reconciles the month-end inventory book balances to actual physical counts.
• Updates month-end actual physical inventory in the Birch system.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality & entertainment businesses is preferred.
• Experience in Birch system or other inventory related system is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team.
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information
• Excellent time management and organizational ability
• Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Office work environment 
• Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.
