Job Objective
Retail sales process management by agency model 
Vehicle in-land arrival to Customer delivery management (Stock & PDI management)
Generating various reports & documents 

Job Description
1. Vehicle Allocation & Wholesale/Retail Process : Solely Responsible, Decide 
- List up final arrival vehicle information and announce to dealers and internally. 
- Contract upload to Salesforce to allocate the vehicles in DMS
- Allocating vehicles by model/color/trim mix based on dealer¡¯s allocation request 

considering contract.
- List up demo price list, demo request, wholesale vehicle list for price setting.
- List up and request customs clearance to customs broker considering homologation 

completion status.
- Wholesale when allocated vehicles are planned to delivery to customers.
- Preparing & delivering documents required for registration after confirmation of vehicle 

payment
- Final registration process in the system for Retail 
- Collecting demand surveys from dealers for new model launch, prepare display & demo 

cars 

accordingly.

2. Managing & Controlling logistical chain : Solely Responsible, Decide
- Securing best vehicle quality of in-land/out-bound logistics via operational management of RORO 

company, carriers, customs, PDI and transportation agency in both process and cost.
- Execute action in SAP and DMS based on vehicle flows (arrival, customs, wholesale, PDI, 

delivery).
- Raise ticket and follow up when SAP has errors with vehicle flows.

3. Dealer communication : Solely Responsible, Decide
- Placing and editing Daily PDI request by dealers considering PDI capacity upon the contract status. (Daily)
- Setting and managing basic information for vehicles in DMS/SAP/Salesforce.
- Provide guide for DMS & Salesforce and help to utilize.

4. Reporting and the others : Support, Participate
- Support tax audit and internal audit when needed.
- Support to report related SCM (WSR, WSM, KPI report, Not-wholesaleable stock list, Aging report, Month-end inventory report), weekly sales call with IAP.



Qualifications

  • Related working experience: 3 to 5 years experience in Sales Admin & Logistics
  • Education: Bachelor (¾÷°è °æ·ÂÀÚ´Â ÁØÇл絵 Áö¿ø °¡´É) 
  • Language: Intermediate level of written and spoken English
