Marketing Manager

* Marketing Strategy/ Planning
o Develop holistic marketing strategies and planning across all brands/channels aligned with global campaigns, strategics and initiatives
o Establish and execute long term, annual and seasonal marketing action plans and KPIs
o Create opportunities for strategic partnerships/sponsorships that contribute to strong long-term branding and business requirements
o Develop and execute corporate philanthropy programs: implement strong local campaigns in accordance with global initiatives
o Partner with the global brand management team in New York to maintain consistency in brand messaging, quality, and tone across all marketing contents
* Marketing Activations/ Events &Promotions
o Plan and execute both branding and retail marketing activations, events and promotions
o Manage and supervise marketing team, external agencies and vendors to achieve strong, impactful project turnarounds
o Collaborate closely with retail, merchandising, and creative services to ensure marketing initiatives align with key business objectives and sales targets
o Plan and initiate year out in store activations at key doors
* Production/ Retail Support
o Supervise retail supporting promotional activities across all brands and channels and ensure effective seasonal communications and activations across portfolio
o Manage local production and use of global marketing assets to ensure the outcome comply with quality standards
* Budgeting
o Support marketing lead on budget planning
o Track monthly budget spending and update forecasts
[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and communications
- Experience in fashion brand marketing is preferred
- Bachelor¡¯s degree required
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
