[Position] Goods Receiving Clerk(자재검수, 1년이내 또는 신입가능)

INPSIRE Entertainment Resort의 Procurement 부서에서 Goods Receiving업무를 담당할 분을 채용합니다. Hotel operating을 위한 자재(식자재, 일반자재 등)의 검수를 담당합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Position Summary:

The Goods Receiving Clerk is responsible for unloading packages and checking their contents to ensure they match the orders. A receiving clerk must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills. They must also have adequate physical strength to unload shipping as well as clerical skills to update records and follow up with suppliers. The goal is to ensure the company receives the correct packages and stocks them appropriately.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• The goal is to ensure we receive the correct packages and stock them appropriately.
• Unload packages from incoming trucks.
• Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price, etc.)
• Contact the supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified.
• Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements.
• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
• Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Basic math and recording abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Around 0 ~ 1 Years of experience in hospitality industry
• Good physical condition.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.
• Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Must be willing to work flexibly to support resort operations.
• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasionally travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
