Qualifications

· Technical education.

· At least 5+ years working experience in the semiconductor industry.

· Familiar with Semiconductor Qualification processes between supplier - company - customer

· At least 5+ years working experience in purchasing semicon components. The candidate 

  must understand the semicon supplier market and must have hands-on experience in managing suppliers.

· International working experience is required.

· Good interpersonal, project management and negotiation skills.

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Good computer skills (MS Office)

· Hold driving license and willing to travel.

· Experience with ISO and IATF16949 norms would be preferred

Responsibilities

· Selecting and developing suppliers to ensure competitive prices 

  with highest quality levels for following control cabinet components: Must have:

o Electronical and Electrical parts

o Pre-Assembly Service providers

o Pneumatical parts

o Cable and Connectors

Optional:

o Sheet metal parts (Cabinets)

· Negotiating and closing contracts.

· Managing the suppliers in the day-to-day business to ensure that quality, deliveries 

 and reliability is maintained, and issues are resolved before they impact the deliveries.

· Tracking and reporting purchasing key performance indicators to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

· The candidate is in regular interaction with the suppliers as well as with the stakeholders

  within the Busch/Pfeiffer Vacuum group.
