[주요업무]
-Providing technical and structural support to lean experts in both production locations
-Analysis and optimization of workflows and processes in the operational environment
-Identifying, evaluating and implementing improvements using lean methods to reduce waste and increase process capability and productivity
-Identification, implementation, management and support of optimization and cost improvement projects
-Implementation of lean workshops in production
-Implementing lean training according Busch Group standard in both production sides
-Support in linking the analog process landscape with digitalization concepts, in particular in the design of company-wide end-to-end processes

[자격요건]
-Master in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing (e.g. Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent
-Six Sigma and/or LEAN certification preferred
-Work experience at manufacturing and/or engineering environments more than 10 years at companies applying Lean activities
-At least 4 years work experience as Lean manager or consultant
-Possesses a general understanding of technical topics (through technical background or work experience) or a related field
-Analytical, conceptual and structured thinking
-Excellent communication skills, self-organization
-Very good level of English spoken and written, other languages are an advantage
-Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including the ability to rationalize conclusions, make recommendations, and comply with documentation requirements
-Must be able to present complex and/or technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences so they can understand and act on the information
-Proven implementation responsibility in the area of continuous development
-Work effectively with others in a diverse and inclusive matrix environment
-Willingness and no restrictions to travel also overseas
