Support the L&D Manager in the following areas:
-Designing and executing learning strategies that align with organizational goals
-Analyzing internal training needs and establishing an annual learning roadmap
-Planning and facilitating the onboarding program for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company
-Designing and operating leadership development programs and employee workshops
-Evaluating training effectiveness using models such as the Kirkpatrick Four Levels and recommending continuous improvements
-Collaborating with global L&D teams to localize and implement corporate-wide learning initiatives within the Korea region
-Work with HR Shared Services (HRSS) to manage all learning operations related activities
- Bachelor's degree required. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English - Experience in instructional design and/or training facilitation - Strong teamwork, planning, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Preferred to have L&OD experience for manufacturing and R&D organization
- Experience working in a global company in matrix organization. - Background in L&D consulting agencies preferred - Outgoing and proactive personality with strong self-initiative - Excellent interpersonal and people management skills - Highly organized, focused, and disciplined - Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Education, or Psychology - Proven track record of organizing, facilitating, and supporting company-wide learning programs and engagement activities

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ¡®On-site Flex¡¯ you¡¯ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ¡®Virtual Flex¡¯ you¡¯ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
