[Roles & Responsibilities]:
- End-to-end project management for new/renovation store projects
- Develop and manage retail projects for new product/campaign launch
- Design customer journey and instore experience, collaborating with design team to create/customize retail marketing campaigns for the local audience
- Project planning including timeline, budget, production and installation
- Manage execution and localization of global guidelines
- Manage communication/negotiation/collaboration between all internal and external stakeholders: Client, PMs, Designers, HQ/RHQ, Partners, Vendors, etc.

[Skills and Competencies]:

- Strong verbal/written English and Korean communication skills

- Min. 3 years of experience in commercial retail industry

- Able to read and catchup retail trends and market/client needs

- Omni-channel related project experience is not mandatory but highly preferred

- Good production knowledge (materials, technical process, etc.) to create solutions for different types of project contraints such as budget, timeline.

- Familiar with project management for both of permanent and temporary retail environments.

- Good eyes on the details

- Able to read design drawings

- Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint / Word skillset
