We're seeking a dedicated Senior HR professional to shape and lead our Global HR strategies, ensuring alignment with local laws across our international locations. You'll be pivotal in enhancing our global HR operations, managing payroll, and refining processes. 🚩 Roles & Responsibilities
Design, localize, and execute global HR strategies and policies in alignment with Lunit¡¯s global standards, while ensuring compliance with local laws and cultural context.
Implement, evaluate, and manage global HR strategies and policies tailored to each country's legal requirements and characteristics.
Establish HR governance frameworks across global locations to align with corporate values and strategic direction.
Review and enhance global HR operations in line with overseas entity setup in the EU, US, and other regions.
Resolve complex employee relations issues fairly and objectively, in consultation with legal.
Address workplace issues and challenges arising from global sites.
Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.
Oversee payroll and compensation processes and manage HR data at global sites.
Operate and manage expatriate programs, including selection, assignment, and return processes.
Develop and optimize the global talent acquisition pipeline.
Requirements
🎯 Qualifications
8 years of experience in global HR or a similar role in a multinational company
Minimum 5 years of experience in global HR
Solid working knowledge in global HR functions including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and global HR planning/application/operation
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Korean
Experience in developing a comprehensive overseas benefit package that is tailored to organizational needs in a changing environment
Extensive knowledge of international employment laws and ability to advise on laws and regulations affecting HR practices
Actively identify and enhances solutions essential to the development process, demonstrating flexibility across various work domains
Demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting team members and others through your work
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be flexible and adapt to different working styles, environments, and situations
Ability to effectively communicate with others and closely listen to the ideas and perspectives of team members
