Responsibilities
• Reliability Engineering work for new technology/products of HV IGBT and SiC product.
• Identify and address reliability risks of designs and processes of HV IGBT and packaging process, and their interactions.
• Design/Plan reliability tests (Test conditions, test duration, sampling) for the DOE engineering and for the qualification on onsemi system.
• Disposition of reliability failures based on failure analysis and reliability risk assessment.
• Data analysis of reliability results, test and quality data
• Technical analysis of reliability failures related qualification specification consistency and improvement activities.

Requirements
• Min Bachelor¡¯s degree in electronics, Physics or other Semiconductor Engineering field.
• Min 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience as a Reliability Engineering, Technology Engineering or product engineering. Failure analysis experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of semiconductor assembly process and front end(fab)-back end(assembly) interactions.
• Àü·Â¹ÝµµÃ¼ ¼ÒÀÚ °æ·ÂÀÚ (SiC, Mosfet, IGBT...) ¿ì´ë
• Familiarity with statistic software like JMP, Weibull++, Alta Pro is preferrable.
• ¿µ¾îȸȭ °¡´ÉÀÚ (º¸Åë ¼öÁØ).
• Experience or familiarity with MIL, JEDEC and AECQ, AQG test standards
• Must understand reliability basic theory
