- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and franchise strategies for all Disney properties, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local market relevance.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, delivering measurable ROI and business impact.
- Serve as the primary interface with internal stakeholders (local, APAC, HQ) and external partners (agencies, media, social platforms), driving cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee the development and execution of innovative social media and digital engagement strategies, leveraging emerging technologies and data analytics to build vibrant brand communities.
- Manage, coach, and inspire the Brand, Franchise & Media Marketing team, fostering a culture of empowerment, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Lead agency management efforts, setting clear expectations, driving high performance, and ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure operational excellence in campaign delivery, budget management, and process optimization.
- Champion Disney's brand values, ensuring all activities uphold the highest standards of integrity, creativity, and inclusivity.


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

- Minimum 15 years' experience in brand, franchise, media, or integrated marketing roles within FMCG, tech, or entertainment industries.

- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand equity.

- Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex portfolios and leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.

- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and drive cross-functional collaboration.

- Strong people leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

- Extensive experience in agency management, from selection and briefing to performance management and contract negotiation.

- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies.

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) highly preferred.

- Fluent in Korean and English.
