[Job Responsibilities (업무내용)]
- Manage international certification processes(ISO, GOTS, FSC, RSPO, ISCC EU, etc.)
(ISO, GOTS, FSC, RSPO, ISCC EU 등 국제 인증 관리)
- Develop and implement sustainable programs for brands and retailers
(브랜드 및 리테일러 대상 지속 가능 프로그램 개발·운영)
- Conduct supply chain audits from raw material to finished products
(원자재부터 완제품까지의 공급망 심사)
- Provide market insights and sustainability training to clients
(고객사 대상 시장 인사이트 및 지속 가능성 교육 제공)
- Lead business development and drive revenue growth

- Manage and mentor teams with clear KPIs and performance goals

[Job Qualifications]

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Environmental Science, or related fields)
(학사 이상 (경영, 환경학, 관련 전공 우대))
- Sustainable Textile, Forest, Bio-diesel, Cosmetic Senior Auditor(TE, GOTS, FSC, ISCC EU, RSPO)
(Textile Exchange, GOTS, FSC, ISCC EU, RSPO 인증)
- Minimum 7?10 years of experience in certification bodies, sustainability, or business development
(인증 기관, 지속 가능성, 비즈니스 개발 분야 7~10년 이상 경력)
- Proven audit experience in textile, cosmetic, food, or biofuel sectors
(섬유, 화장품, 식품, 바이오연료 분야 심사 경험)
- Strong project management and people management skills
( 프로젝트 및 인력 관리 능력)
- Excellent communication in English
(영어 가능자)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
( 국내외 출장 가능자)

- Experience working with global brands (e.g., Walmart, Target, GAP, Patagonia)
