1. Paid Media Management
- Support the Communication Director in designing the paid media strategy and annual plan aligned with the brand¡¯s media guidelines, marketing plan, business objectives, and brand vision
- Develop and execute paid digital media plans across platforms (search, display, social, video, etc.)
- Strengthen marketing effectiveness by conceiving, executing, and analyzing integrated paid media campaigns, in collaboration with central and regional teams
- Lead local paid media initiatives and align internal stakeholders to elevate media execution standards
- Manage relationships with media agencies and partners through regular communication and performance reviews
- Monitor and analyze competitors¡¯ paid media activities and market trends, and share insights with central and regional teams
- Measure ROI and performance of paid media campaigns, and report findings regularly to internal and global stakeholders
2. Team Management
- Provide clear direction and guidance to team members focused on paid media operations
- Build a strong, trust-based team through open communication and collaborative leadership

- 10+ years of experience in paid media and communications
- Strong strategic planning, execution, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities
- Experience or understanding of the cosmetics or luxury industry is preferred
- Demonstrated teamwork and entrepreneurial mindset
