Key Responsibilities:
[Planning and execution Market Access strategy]
Establish market access strategy for GSK new products, especially for oncology and specialty, and implementing the strategy to secure optimal patient access with fair value pricing
Communicate the value access roadmap and market access strategies for GSK portfolio with the regional and global team, ensures timely and effective response to having clear alignment on local strategy.
Anticipate the change in the healthcare industry environment and pricing policies to capture and lead environment shaping to secure better patient access for GSK assets with a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy.
Provide qualified documents for all market access activities, including P&R planning, product value dossier, local adaptation of HTA materials, HIRA dossier, response to all requirements of government bodies and payers.
Drives and ensure the local HEOR and RWE strategy to secure value-based pricing for reimbursement in alignment with cross-functional teams
Develop optimal access and business strategy of established products and lead reimbursement criteria expansion process to optimize patient access.
Develop long-term pricing strategy for reimbursed GSK drugs and manage listing price to minimize the negative impact on business by price containment policies (PVA, ATP, patent-off, etc).

Support policy agenda to shape healthcare environment and pricing policies to enable better patient access for new GSK drugs and lead key external stakeholder engagement
Strong engagement with payers, policy makers, medical experts to be understood, with access to high quality, relevant and fair-balanced value message of GSK products to ensure value- based decision making.
Engage GSK local, regional & global team with clear alignment to develop local P&R strategy, payer value dossier development, and HEOR and local evidence generation.

Provides strong leadership and guidance to team and cross-functional stakeholders in the area of patient access, healthcare policy and HEOR
Develop market access team¡¯s capabilities and support to be fully motivated and empowered to build P&R strategy and execute engagement plan.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry with in-depth understanding for market access area (healthcare system, pricing policy, HEOR)
Strategic mindset with problems solving, and analytical ability.
Pro-active attitude and the ability to work independently
Experience in communicating, influencing and negotiating with healthcare policy decision-makers
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication & negotiation skill
Collaborative work with internal & external stakeholders
Fluent in English
Postgraduate qualifications in healthcare policy, and health economics
Experience in commercial and business functions in the Pharmaceutical
