[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] This position is responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy for the Domestic Business. The primary objective is to drive and lead the marketing initiatives for the launch & development of brands. This role involves leveraging both traditional and digital media in an optimized mix to enhance brand awareness in Korea, maximize visibility, and create desirability among Korean highend customers.
O 360¡Æ go-to Marketing strategy & implementation - Define and implement Korea domestic marketing strategy based on local and global business strategy - Identify current and future needs of the market thus to formulate and adapt different marketing & media strategies - Initiate and manage local marketing campaigns/activities for brand launch and product launches working alongside marketing agencies and other teams to ensure 360 coordination in all projects to support retail business
O Integrated digital, social & media strategy & planning - Maximize brand awareness and buzz, as well as brand launch and product exposure by strategizing, planning and executing local marketing initiatives including events, offline, online and digital media - Lead and manage the appointed media/digital agencies to define and deliver the marketing and media strategies; identify and explore innovative media & digital tools and platforms to maximize cost efficiency and effectiveness in building brand equity and awareness - Manage the appointed media/digital and marketing agencies to ensure best planning and liaison whilst to ensure successful roll-out through campaigns/ projects completion, for best ROI and results. Also, conduct regular competitive analysis and obtain market (competitors & consumers) insights to consolidate reports for top management and brand HQ, as supporting to advance strategies and planning. - Analyze data (sales vs media data) to draw insights thus define and formulate solid marketing & media strategies balancing the business needs for retail - Initiate, plan and lead content development for special projects, local campaigns to support brand launch / key product launches, as well as market specific and cultural initiatives
O Public Relations and e-PR - Initiate and propose annual Communications strategy following global calendar with local adaptation. - Work with PR agencies for media collaborations as well as daily pitching to achieve annual press KPI - Provide monthly press reports and relevant competitor intelligence. - Develop and execute a strong celebrity strategy for brand from brand ambassadorship to TV drama seeding. - Identify suitable influencers and manage KOL campaigns with clear KPI - Plan and execute PR events for effective storytelling with media/clients and maintain brand positioning
O Cross-Department Collaboration - Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives with retail operations and key sales periods. - Act as a liaison between marketing team and other departments to streamline project execution and communication. - Coordinate with external partners such as media agencies and influencer platforms. O Innovation and Trends - Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives with retail operations and key sales periods. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. - Continuously explore innovative marketing techniques and digital tools to drive engagement, sales, and customer loyalty

O Work Experience - 10~15 years of experience in
marketing, ideally within fashion, jewelry, leather goods, or luxury retail
sectors. - Experience working with or
for global/luxury brands preferred. - Hands-on experience with
influencer campaigns, social media, and content creation. O Knowledge - Understanding of retail
marketing and consumer journeys in Korea, including department stores. - Broad knowledge of luxury
brands and luxury retail industry - Analysis ability of market
trend O Skills - Strong analytical skills - Strong negotiation skill - Strong communication and
project management skills. - Strong presentation skill - Proficient in Korean and
