Sr. Manager, Culture & Employee Relations, Human Resource Key Responsibilities: PEOPLE & CULTURE INITIATIVES Develop and execute People and Culture strategy to drive adidas people strategy Design and lead initiatives including research and diagnostics (e.g. annual employee engagement survey and open dialogues with employees), to maximise the engagement of all employees and build organisational commitment to the desired culture Design/Implement new initiatives to drive culture changes e.g. Performance Review & Development framework for high performing culture Scope, develop and lead implementation of Diversity & Inclusion Strategy As PMO, work in partnership with HRBP/Leadership team and advice/educate them to seek support for development & execution High level analysis of key people data and trends in support of strategic priorities, advising an appropriate course of action as required for creating a positive culture Build a culture of performance across the organisation with oversight and continued Internal communications in support of organisational development & execution EMPLOYEE RELATIONS Advises and trains managers and/or HR Business Partners in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing employee grievances. Conducts internal investigations into employee allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and conduct disciplinary process. Lead the mediation of disputes between different parties and external legal counsel. Manage government related to labor topics (e.g. MOEL) Advice leadership/HR team to ensure compliance with labor law/ internal policy. LABOR UNION RELATIONS Acts as go to person for the union and work as partnering with HR lead/GM. Build negotiation strategy for landing new initiatives and lead the negotiation Build and execute strategy to support constructive partnership with union. Lead the process of CBA and Wage negotiation with local reward team Communicate the new changes/initiatives to union and drive agreement with them. Implement legal required meetings with the union (e.g. LMC) Key Relationships: Senior leadership team and their first lines Korea HR team including CoE functions. Global HR Kore Labor Union External (MOEL, legal counsels etc.) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strategical thinking & act Negotiation/ Influencing skills. Planning and project leading skills Problem solving, Innovation. Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative Strong written and verbal communication skills A good team player with supervisory and management skills Good MS-office skills, SAP experience is a plus. Good Labor Law/ Market trend knowledge Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management) Minimum of 7 years progressive work experience in the field of HR; preferably in an international organization Project management experience preferable English fluent (written and oral) AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
