[¿Ü±¹°è È­Çбâ¾÷]Labor Management and Compensation & BenefitsÆ÷Áö¼ÇÀ¸·Î Á¦¾Èµå¸³´Ï´Ù. ±Ù¹«Áö:¼­¿ï Áß±¸ The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: - Implement collective bargaining / salary negotiation with labor unions - Maintain strategic labor relations including consultation with Site HR and employee¡¯s representatives - Develop, steer and implement local compensation schemes & benefit policies. Main Tasks Negotiation / collective bargaining - Demonstrate strategic thinking by anticipating potential challenges and developing an innovative negotiation strategy ensuring alignment with organizational goals - Foster collaboration and build strong relationship with labor unions while striving for effective negotiations. - Participate in / facilitate the collective bargaining, leading working level negotiation table HR Business Partnering on Labor management - Provide expert advice and consulting on Labor law issues to Site HR, HRBPs and employee representatives ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks. - Implement and conduct company-wide labor training for site HR / HRBPs as required - Participate quarterly in the BK labor union association to maintain strategic labor relations Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position - Education: Bachelor degree (Law, Business and Public administration) - Working Experience: Profound HR experience in Labor management / HR business partnering with over 12 years of experience; the certificate of labor attorney is strongly recommended. - Professional Experience: - Negotiation experience with labor union - Fluent in spoken and written English
