*Main Job
-Design and improve Employer Branding strategies and initiatives through data-driven insights and best practice
-Actively lead HR Project to improve process or digitalization
*Manage and develop entire recruitment processes
*Manage and develop On & Offboarding process
*Workforce staffing and HC Planning
*Manage HR Systems (SAP) and time management
*Closely communicate and work with Global and Region team
4. ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç
*7-10 years of HR experience required
*Various experiences in Employer Branding or HR process improvement initiatives required
*2+ years of experience in recruiting or fully understand the full-cycle recruitment process preferred.
*Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
*Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
*Proactively think and improve the HR process
*Proficient in both English and Korean.
