Required to coordinate all global resources for bulk solids (MoO2Cl2) sales, product development, product management, bulk cabinet, and customer managementThis position will report to the Senior Director of Product Management and will have the responsibility to manage the SubleemTM portfolio of solid precursors for bulk cabinet delivery of ALD/CVD precursors. The successful candidate will manage the integrated and combined success of material, canister and bulk delivery system as a single product suite to ensure synergistic and coordinated product roadmaps. In this position, the Bulk Solid Product Director will define and regularly update the molecule strategy and the technology roadmap, identify improvement needs for our offering, liaise and form strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and more generally identify and drive all necessary actions required for the success of the product suite. Ultimately, the leader will be responsible to achieve or exceed the market share and profitability as per the molecule strategy validated by Group. The Bulk Solid Product Director will oversee equipment development (packaging technology and product development) in coordination with other AL organizations including ALES and ALJ (Japan).
Managing P&L for product(s), demonstrating product or product family performance throughout its lifecycle.
Drives customer engagements associated with the Subleem product line (quals, JDAs, commercial offering, contractual terms, etc.). Owns commercial negotiations with OEMs.
Competitive intelligence harvesting with centralization and dissemination of information.
Drives complaint resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
Develops documents to secure investment for capital projects and strategic initiatives to support necessary enhancements including capacity growth inclusive of financial modeling to justify commercial proposals & capital investments
Guiding and leading cross-functional teams in the US, Asia and Europe to define, update and execute the product strategy and achieve goals.
Managing the life cycle of products including stage gate, capacity increase and rationalization.
Developing of the global integrated product strategy with primary focus on meeting customer needs for business growth and profitability
Development of global supply chain and sourcing options, in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain and Planning organizations to assure business continuity plans (BCP) that overcome acute geopolitical tensions including sanctions and tariffs.
Developing P&L, cost and profitability roadmaps for key products and drive the implementation of these roadmaps. Providing product pricing guidance to commercial teams.
Working with Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Planning and Sales organizations to develop strategies to increase market penetration/market share.
Managing change horizon and qualification schedule with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales and Air Liquide¡¯s affiliates.
Leading Continuous Improvement Teams to identify opportunities to improve profitability of products through alternative sourcing, operational improvements, alternative packaging, capital investments, etc.

A degree in engineering or chemistry
Prior equipment experience in the semiconductor industry (OEM, IDM, or related subsystems including abatement or wafer handling equipment)
10+ years of semiconductor industry experience with a minimum of five years experience in product management, customer interface, technical sales or marketing.

Experience with or understanding of thin film processes (semiconductor, flat panel display, solar) and/or ALD/CVD process knowledge.
Familiarity with semiconductor quality and operational practices, including lean manufacturing, six sigma etc.
Experience working with manufacturing sites and suppliers outside of the US
Experience with databases and MRP/ERP systems
Korean language speaking skills (nice to have).
