Your responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the commercial calendar and store activity plan
- Ensure a qualitative and efficient implementation in your store
- Possess excellent knowledge of the IKEA product range and services, national priorities, volume commitments, local market conditions and local store competitors. - You will use this information to add to and support the store commercial calendar.
- Act quickly on commercial opportunities; changing availability of products (overstock and out of stock) and customer feedback
- Analyse your activity performance: identify successful activities, solutions and ideas, and use the information to improve the planning of future activities
- Understand the impact of your actions and activities on the financial results of the store and know which results you have influence over
- Understand the IKEA social and environmental commitments and know how you can contribute to sustainability
- Ensure that all communication deliver IKEA brand values, tone of voice and identity
- Create content and maintain the local website
- Align with the SO marketing team to ensure the store activities are aligned with external communication

In this role you will report to the Commercial Activity Leader(Sales) and the role is located in Giheung, South Korea. As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating schedule.
